Using yum for updates has a lot of advantages over rpm -Fvh -- you probably
want to be doing this anyway.
Guess I should un-exclude repodata and re-run rsync then. Since rpm
doesn't need the repodata folder, I told rsync to exclude it ( as well
as /debug/ and /.olddata/ )
