The only problem remaining is, that to be able to get correctly composed CD, mkbootdisk should be ran on restarted machine, with all the required modules loaded and a valid /etc/fstab file. But to restart the box (even to finish the installation process) I need the boot able CD, and the circle keeps going round :-( Any suggestions on that ?
