Yes I do have that line on the top of the script. Here is the script #!/bin/bash # Only use this script to run bc246t.tcl from a Gnome program launcher if #/bc246t is located in your HOME directory. # example /home/username/bc246t cd bc246t exec ./bc246t.tcl # end, save in ~/bin/ , chmod +x , have your desktop shortcut launch # this script instead of the application itself.
