I think that is what fedora/redhat could use. Would there be any way to incorporate all of the desktop (kde/gnome) config and all of the system-config-* stuff from redhat? With fedora/redhat, though, there are the different things under the 'Administration' menu. As a former Windoze user, having a single control center for display stuff and admin stuff is ideal. I do not see the difference between the Control panel in Windows and the Administration menu in gnome.
