I think that may fix the problem you are having. You can assign a name to your system in the network configuration files that will not change. I also put the name in the /etc/hosts file as well. In your case I would add that name to the 127.0.0.1 line you have in /etc/hosts. Keep the localhost names there as well. Look in /etc/sysconfig/network.
