Scsi and synchronous transfers?

I'm attempting to install a FC5 system using an Adaptec 29320A-R card (I am not using the worthless Host-raid).

I noticed upon boot I get the following message:

SCSI subsystem initialized
scsi0 : Adaptec AIC79XX PCI-X SCSI HBA DRIVER, Rev 3.0

Notice that target 0:0:0 is asynchronous, how do I get that to be synchronous??

Thanks..

Jeff
