As far as we could all tell, what was being proposed already was the way it was done, on several different releases of FC. It seemed that *they* had a system with individual files for each. Perhaps they simply copied a partition's files to a new partition, without taking links into consideration? -- (Currently running FC4, occasionally trying FC5.)
