Gnomemeeting can't do SIP, so it's toast, for me.
I suspect from the deafening silence there aren't any updated FC4 RPMs.

You might pick the FC5 SRPM and try rebuilding it. That might need other
dependencies of newer versions of gtk or whatever but thats a option.
