and them do yum update again

Nothing to do
An updated c-ares package has been released, which has a new library
name. All packages using c-ares, such as bzflag, need to be rebuilt
against the new version. This has already been done for bzflag:

The new package is just awaiting signing and release to the repo and
mirrors. Just wait a bit and the problem will go away.
