I think a per-stylesheet basis makes more sense, but not what I'm looking for. I want Firefox to fix bad design automatically, because I'm sick of doing it manually. Even adding a second "smallest font size" for "smallest absolute font size" would be sufficient. I don't mind pages saying "smaller" to make some text smaller, I just don't want them saying "body { font-size: 10px; }" which is way to small for me.
