I need not only to have the updated kernel installed, but also boot Anaconda with an updated kernel image.No. It has better detection of which is required, and the smp is more stable, so there is less chance that it wont work.Also, it looks like FC5 has a unified UP and SMP kernel -- correct?
I mean -- I do not see kernel-smp packages in FC5's updates, I presume FC5 uses the same kernel for both up and smp.
