kernel-module-fglrx for kernel 2.6.16-1.2115--where is it?

The latest kernel for FC4 is out, and it works well on my Dell Inspiron 1300 with the latest version of kernel-module-madwifi.

But I also have a Gateway Perfection 1000XL with an ATI Radeon card. Whenever I upgrade the kernel, I always wait for kernel-module-fglrx for that kernel.

So where is kernel-module-fglrx for kernel version 2.6.16-1.2115? The livna repo doesn't have it, and I've been waiting for two days.

Or does the kernel now provide native support for an ATI card in 3D mode? (I didn't think that was legal, given the proprietary nature of ATI graphics drivers.)
