epiphany and dbus-x11

Any epiphany users here? Can anyone tell me if it's possible to use
epiphany on FC5 without having dbus-x11 installed?

I've just been trying to give epiphany a try, and kept getting this:

$ epiphany

** (epiphany:21244): WARNING **: Unable to connect to session bus:
Unable to determine the address of the message bus

It didn't start. After some googling I found a suggestion to try
"dbus-start epiphany", but I didn't have dbus-start as the dbus-x11
package wasn't installed. After installing this package, all was well.

So, if anyone can confirm that epiphany will or won't work without
dbus-x11 (if it can be made to work, then how?), I can decide whether or
not to raise a bug on a missing dependency.

Paul.
