Try to add Modeline:

        ModelName    "Unknown monitor"
        ModeLine     "1280x800" 83.5 1280 1344 1480 1680 800 801 804 828 -hsync +vsync
        Option      "dpms"
EndSection

And then:

Section "Screen"
        Identifier "Screen0"
        Device     "Videocard0"
        Monitor    "Monitor0"
        DefaultDepth     24
        SubSection "Display"
                Viewport   0 0
                Depth     24
                Modes    "1280x800"
        EndSubSection
EndSection
