The (installed) is referring to the evolution-data-server-devel package
on the next line. I'll assume (possibly incorrectly) that you actually
need that package, and suggest the following. More long lines ahead
unfortunately.

# wget
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/5/i386/evolution-data-server-1.6.1-1.fc5.2.i386.rpm
# wget
http://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/core/updates/5/i386/evolution-data-server-devel-1.6.1-1.fc5.2.i386.rpm
# rpm -Uvh --oldpackage evolution-data-server-1.6.1-1.fc5.2.i386.rpm
evolution-data-server-devel-1.6.1-1.fc5.2.i386.rpm
# yum install gnome-panel

(that's three long commands and a shorter one)
