It's not a single rpm that needs uploading. Everything that depends on the libraries in the evolution-data-server package (e.g. gnome-panel, gtksourceview etc.) needs rebuilding and releasing. Or, better, the evolution-data-server update should be pulled from the repos until all of the dependent packages are ready to go at the same time.
