Started again including removing "installation" and untar
Convert2PDF.tar.gz

$ ./configure
Segmentation fault

I was held here.

Yes I tried.  the html document on OOWriter was disorderly displayed. 
I have to inject further effort to rearrange it before I can read it as
its original document.
