	I'm not sure of this, but, as a guess  I believe grubby uses the grub
sections as a template when a kernel is installed.  Just for giggles try
moving your Memtest86 & its associated kernel line to the bottom of the
list.  

	The only other thing I can think of, check how full your /boot
partition is. (use df command) if it is short take a look in there and
see if there is a bunch of stuff you don't need in there.
