No, they are from the original cups-1.2.0-1.1 update.  The
hal-cups-utils update fixes printing on automatically-detected
printers on x86_64 hosts, and the system-config-printer update just
makes a small fix to the PostScript test pages (not the CUPS test page

Great, I put in the -7 versions + the hal thingy. That I haven't gotten figured out yet despite all the mail thats gone by over the last year.
