Hello, a while ago I did a 'yum update' on my FC4. After rebooting X didn't work anymore so I re-installed the X RPMs as per the original FC4 distro. I could get everything back to work except for one thing: when I switch to a text-mode console (e.g. via Ctrl-Alt-F1) it isn't there: only a black screen. Well actually it *is* there because I can log in (typing in the blind), run a command (e.g. touch /tmp/tttt), switch back to graphical mode and confirm that I did actually log in. I don't know where to start investigating for this. Ideas?
