should already be installed. You probably just need the devel package.
Try this:
yum install libgnomeui libgnomeui-devel
Hi Brian it took awhile to find a yum site that had the stuff but is
bringing down 30 megbytes of stuff. And I recall I had to find gtk2 to
get FC4 to configure and compile properly.
