As I mentioned in the bug, users subscribed to fedora-announce-list were -not- auto-subscribed to fedora-package-announce. If you explicitly subscribed to this list recently, and have not received any of the latest update mails (no, you won't receive older update mails, and no, we are not going to resend any of them), then it is an issue with the list and should be brought up to the list admins.
