When I use Fedora
Core 3 to open multiple TCP Connection to a SUN-Solaris Maschine, I can open
arround 15000 connections in parallel.
I have checked it
with:
netstat -s |grep
connections
29976 active connections openings
14929 connections established
14929 connections established
But when I upgrade
to FC4, then only around 11000 TCP connections are possible at the same
time.
The Error Report
is "Segmentation fault".
Is there a Parameter
for limitation?? ("ulimit" / "/proc/sys/...." / ... )
Can anybody help
me??
