hello!

I want to boot linux without ramdisk. the system have start up successfully, but there are some problems:

1)the root device can't be a uuid

2)to run /sbin/init in the userspace filesystem, the kernel boot Parameter read-only must be modified to read-write, result is the fsck in /etc/rc.d/rc.sysinit failed. this is bad. system with ramdisk mount the root device read-only, but the /sbin/init can run successfully, why can't mine? as i know, the ramdisk live only before the root device is mounted, any help?

3)the error below sometimes appear:
ata1.00: qc timeout (cmd 0xec)
ata1.00: failed to IDENTYFY (I/O error, err_mask=0x4)
ata1: SATAlink up 3.0 Gbps (SStatus 123 SControl 0)

some help? waiting!! thanks
