anyone is free to join,  to be effective you need to be a packager in
fedora.  we need people to help fix build failures, help with the
release engineering tools and processes. I have fixed up the scripts
that make the nightly rawhide trees this last week so that they work on
primary as well as all the secondary arches. most of the changes coming
through are noarch only packages where we pull the rpms directly from
primary koji.

right now there is only one builder. the second one keeps dropping to
OBP and i dont have a lot of confidence in it.
