The bad:
1. Over 10% of servers prefer RC4 with TLS1.1 or TLS1.2 (!!)
2. 1.77% of servers support only RC4 (which is an increase from
Julien scan result of 1.5%)
Just a side note: note that 1.77% of servers isn't the same as 1.77% of affected users. Looking at the list of top such servers there are quite a few where I'd guess that much more than 1.77% of users visit them at least once a year.
