I'm updating hdf5 to 1.10.6 in rawhide via side tag f33-build-side-24795.

All dependent packages will be rebuilt as well.  I believe this is:

alembic
armadillo
avogadro2-libs
bes
cgnslib
CheMPS2
dolfin
Field3D
freefem++
gdal
gdl
grads
gtatool
h5py
InsightToolkit
jhdf5
LabPlot
lammps
libminc
mathgl
matio
med
moose
ncl
netcdf
octave
opencv
OpenImageIO
openms
paraview
petsc
python-tables
R-Rsolid
slurm
vigra
vips
votca-csg
votca-xtp
vtk

We may have a bit of a hiccup with an overlap with the perl 5.32 update with gdal and slurm - but I've contacted the perl folks and hopefully we can work that out.

Everything built fine except for moose which appears to be FTBFS prior to the hdf5 update.
