From what I can find in the documentation[1], Octave packages follow a
directory structure and contain a set of files that provide package
metadata. I am now adding these bits in the spec, and I *think* I have
managed to do it properly. Unfortunately, SPM12 bundles the FieldTrip
matlab tool box[3], so I must package that up first.
