  Thanks!

  I started working on updating to sagemath 5.11 but besides the problems
in the update, I was stuck with the fflas-ffpack and linbox issues.
  It should be required to review this now:

$ grep -i atlas ~/fedora/sagemath/*
/home/pcpa/fedora/sagemath/sagemath.spec:BuildRequires: atlas-devel
/home/pcpa/fedora/sagemath/sagemath.spec:# ensure proper/preferred
libatlas is in linker path
/home/pcpa/fedora/sagemath/sagemath.spec:    perl -pi -e
's|^(extra_link_args = ).*|$1\["-L%{_libdir}/atlas"\]|;'
sage/misc/cython.py
/home/pcpa/fedora/sagemath/sagemath.spec:# o link with proper atlas
/home/pcpa/fedora/sagemath/sagemath.spec:    # make atlas/blas
available to compiled sources
/home/pcpa/fedora/sagemath/sagemath.spec:       's|^(extra_link_args
=).*|$1 ["-L%{_libdir}/atlas"]|;'          \
/home/pcpa/fedora/sagemath/sagemath.spec:    export
LD_LIBRARY_PATH=%{buildroot}%{_libdir}:%{_libdir}/atlas:$LD_LIBRARY_PATH

as rawhide atlas should no longer match the atlas bundled in sagemath.

  If you want to look in the above, just check build logs, feel free to
rebuild it, but I am afraid it may not be too easy.
