            Bug ID: 1190810
Summary: Add release note indicating that prelink will no
                    longer be installed by default
           Product: Fedora Documentation
           Version: devel
         Component: release-notes
          Assignee: relnotes@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
          Reporter: rocketraman@xxxxxxxxx
        QA Contact: docs-qa@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
                CC: relnotes@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, wb8rcr@xxxxxxxx,
                    zach@xxxxxxxxxx

For Fedora 21+ it appears prelink is no longer installed by default. This
should be documented for upgraders, so that they can choose to uninstall
prelink if they wish to track a "fresh install" more closely.

Ideally, fedup should notify upgraders of these types of changes at upgrade
time.
