            Bug ID: 980677
Summary: Changes in Fedora for Developers - Scratch - Missing
                    Package
           Product: Fedora Documentation
           Version: devel
         Component: release-notes
          Severity: unspecified
          Priority: unspecified
          Assignee: relnotes@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
          Reporter: mark@xxxxxxxxxxxx
        QA Contact: docs-qa@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
                CC: oglesbyzm@xxxxxxxxx, relnotes@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx,
                    wb8rcr@xxxxxxxx

Description of problem:
The F19 Release notes reference Scratch as being included in F19. However, it
is not.

http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/19/html/Release_Notes/sect-Release_Notes-Changes_for_Developers.html

How reproducible:
Attempt to install scratch using yum per the directions in the Release Notes.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit
http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/19/html/Release_Notes/sect-Release_Notes-Changes_for_Developers.html
2. Follow the instructions to install scratch: "yum install scratch" from
Terminal

Actual results:
yum reports back with "No package scratch available."

Expected results:
The scratch package is downloaded and installed.

Additional Information:
Also, no package can be found at
https://admin.fedoraproject.org/updates/search/scratch further lending
credibility to the argument that Scratch was left out of F19.
