Just an FYI on how to markup release notes in the wiki so they are converted
properly, which includes how to markup a package name:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Help:Editing#Marking_Technical_Terms

Not sure what this string change is going to do to translations. It might be
as simple as replacing the string, which should keep the same msgstr of 3800.
Rebuilding PO and POT files might show fuzziness from the translation, but it
might be just fine since it's a small substitution.
