I think we should have a section like 'Changes in Fedora 12: Summary' including
info on Kernel, desktops and other package versions.

The question is also about how much of 'How-To' info to include in the release
notes. Ideally the user should be referred to the user-guide. A prominent
notice should be in place. We have a reference to the install guide, but none
for the user guide.

Obviously this can only be rectified in a future release.
