It is sufficient and far easier at this time to add a note (with link to this
bug report) to the common bugs page:

https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Bugs/Common

This is linked from the 'Common Bugs' section in the release notes.

I flipped the release notes flag to + and left this as blocking the release
notes tracker bug; we'll review the status again as we prepare the next
web-only update for the notes, which would become an update to the
'fedora-release-notes' package.  That could be as soon as the coming weekend
(29, 30 Nov.)
