We have two choices at this point:

1. Drop the file us "unmaintained"
2. Maintain it

However, to do 2., we'll need an accessibility expert.  Hence, the addition of
Messrs. Spevack and DeKoenigsberg.

Gents -- does Red Hat have any a11y expertise who can proof read this file for
us by 10 May?  Or maybe we have a few days longer than that, but not much; it's
part of the fedora-release-notes package, IIRC.
