some Kernel info for the release notes

I can't seem to find this in the current Beats, and people keep asking
me about it:

One of the features of the new kernel is this:
New parallel ATA (IDE) drivers that use the same libata infrastructure
as the SATA drivers.

One side effect of this work is that /dev/hdX devices will change
to /dev/sdY. That shouldn't be a problem if you are mounting devices by
label (which Fedora has done by default for a long time) but otherwise
it may cause problems.

Some details are on davej's blog here:

An oldish status report:
http://kerneltrap.org/node/6167

Hope that helps.
