I think the most important change is https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Changes/drop_pear_dep Other change is the update of ZendFramework 2.4 (single big .src.rpm) to 2.5 (1 small .src.rpm per component, ~50 packages) I don't see any other big change, but add the SIG in CC if other packagers have other ideas.
