There's an interesting idea here:
http://nicubunu.blogspot.com/2009/03/fedora-weekly-webcomic-brainstorm.html
"Can we get it out with FWN, to give readers a dose of good humour or a
good dose of humour? It is so formal and serious!!!"
God knows my beat could do with some offsetting via humor =)
What do you guys think?
I'd like it. I've always assumed that Nicu wanted to pursue it as an
independent project and not have it tied into FWN. Comments Nicu?
I adopted a "wait and see" attitude, looking is someone find it worthy
of inclusion anywhere, but didn't try to push it myself. It was used as
a source of content for the shortly lived Fedora Magazine
(http://fedoramagazine.wordpress.com/).
However, there is one thing I have a strong belief about: I want the
freedom to be silly or even politically incorrect at times. Do you think
this may be a problem for FWN?
And there is one more thing which I didn't intend to talk about yet: the
comic is running for about 11 months already and I think it is NOT a
success (no traffic increase, few comments, no links from other sites,
it does not look popular) and was planning to discontinue it at some
point. So to have it running a long time in the future,it may need some
assurance about it being worthwhile.
