rpmlint != packaging policy, and will not be.  It will continue to say things 
that aren't "mandated" by the guidelines, and it will not enforce every item 
in them.

About this particular case, while I personally tend to lean slightly towards 
relative symlinks being the better general choice of the two, I don't 
remember the packaging guidelines saying anything about it at the moment.
