No, it's not.

The upstream driver has been renamed 'intel', and it installs a symlink
for compatibility.  However, it still doesn't work perfectly on older
chips.  So the -i810 srpm builds two drivers, both the new 'intel'
driver and an older, known-stable version of the i810 driver.
