bogus debuginfo*rpms in updates/repodata

Hi,

I would have bugzilla'ed this, but don't have any idea how to file it in
bugzilla (No category for Fedora Infrastructure), therefore ...

IMO, there is a bug the way the updates/7/<arch>/repodata for is being
generated:

For FC6, we have
fedora/linux/core/updates/6/i386/repodata
fedora/linux/core/updates/6/i386/debug/repodata

with
i386/repodata containing non-debuginfo rpms only
and
i386/debug/repodata containing debuginfo rpms only.

For FC7, we have
fedora/linux/updates/7/i386/repodata
fedora/linux/updates/7/i386/debug/repodata
with i386/repodata also containing the *debuginfo*.rpms from
debug/*.rpm.

This doesn't seem right to me.

Looks like there is a "-x '*debuginfo*'" missing in the call to
createrepo for <arch>/repodata to me.
