Or even then, do you wait for every built package to re-show up in the 
buildroots?  IE waiting 20~ minutes between each and every build?  If it's 
scripted you get libfoo and libbar building at the same exact time, with 
libfoo using the /old/ version of libbar.  Both complete and now you have new 
libfoo and new libbar in the repo, but the new libfoo wasn't actually built 
against the new libbar and you've solved 0 problems.
