This build reverts all packaging changes since 22.0.95-1 (Resolves: bz239745) new pretest tarball from FSF (Resolves: bz238234) restore php-mode (Resolves: bz235941) bz239745 (missing alternatives link) was never in any official Fedora beta package, just in my personal builds. Therefore, revert to the official beta package spec file before proceeding. bz238234 (postscript print does not work) is a potential blocker -- it would be bad to release an emacs that can't print. bz235941 (php-mode missing) is a regression.
