There's currently no procedure defined for doing this, although I don't
see a reason why you couldn't do it by hand (if you *really* wanted to),
aside from the inconsistency since we aren't doing it for all updates
yet.

I made some modifications to the template a while back and sent it off
to fedora-infra-list for review, so I guess you could use something like
