Try again. Where do you see this? Unfortunately, above logs have not been preserved, but have been overwritten with a successful rebuild. While rpmdevtools-5.3-1.el4.noarch.rpm is in the EPEL4 repo since early March, I see no -1.fc5 release in the repo and not in needsign and not in build reports and not in plague-web either.
