Where do you see this?

Unfortunately, above logs have not been preserved, but have been
overwritten with a successful rebuild.

While rpmdevtools-5.3-1.el4.noarch.rpm is in the EPEL4 repo since early
March, I see no -1.fc5 release in the repo and not in needsign and
not in build reports and not in plague-web either.

Further, the following is not a valid plague-results path:

http://buildsys.fedoraproject.org/plague-results/fedora-4-epel/rpmdevtools-5.3-1.fc5.noarch.rpm: [Errno 14] HTTP Error 404

If at all, this package was copied to this place temporarily and manually
by somebody without updating the metadata after removing it again.
