Unfortunately, I just noticed that the RHEL5 packages are "half way".
The php-common package provides both :

php-api = 20041225
php-zend-abi = 20050922

...but no "php(zend-abi)" or "php(api)" versions of the same values.

To make things easier for EPEL, I'll file a RFE for the next RHEL5 PHP
update to provide those...
