Most if not all "Extras" packages had a ppc64 build done on the side and 
imported.  This happened somewhat silently, so you'd have to check your 
package again to see if there is a ppc64 rpm for it now.

If there isn't a ppc64 build, you'll have to do as Till suggests, bump, build, 
and request tagging for f7-final.
