A small problem with cvs-import.sh

Hi,

I added a new package to CVS today and experienced problem with
cvs-import.sh script. After "cvs-import.sh mysrps" sources file was
added to a devel directory, but there wasn't a .spec file. I tried to
add it manually, but I've got info that it was already added by "third
party". In fact file was there, but I had to fetch it from a repository
manually (by "cvs update").

Should cvs-import.sh fetch this file (and probably patches too - I
didn't have any patch, so don't know if it does it) from a repository?
If not I think that "Step 10" in
http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageMaintainers/NewPackageProcess
should be extended.

Btw, tag which was created in the import process was named
"pyxattr-0_2_1-3". Shouldn't it be "pyxattr-0_2_1-3_fc7" (which is
created after "make tag" in a devel directory)?

Regards
Marcin
