== Summary ==
Core/Extras Merge
 * FESCo ratified the CVS administration with flags proposal.
 * warren is going to continue working on the core package review
procedures, and the plan is for FESCo to vote on it at the 2007-02-22
meeting.
 * notting brought up a proposed change to owners.list, which would list
multiple owners in the owners section.  FESCo approved this change.

Sponsor Nominations
 * rvolkal was nominated and accepted.

Packaging Committee Report
 * FESCo didn't have any objections to the Packaging Committee's
guidelines regarding:
  * Jpackage naming policy
  * spec file naming clarification
