For reasons I've yet to bother to figure out, this plugin only solves part
of the problem -- I usually have to *also* exclude things manually. (Or more
often, it's like this: "what, ekiga is causing some sort of conflict
preventing an upgrade? I don't even ever *use* ekiga on this machine. `yum
remove ekiga`".)
